In September 2026, the municipality will open a temporary transit location at Van Ruysdaellaan in Leidschendam for the accommodation of status holders. Due to the Dispersal Act and the expiration of other accommodation locations, the realisation of this location is under high time pressure and the location must be operational by 1 September 2026 at the latest. The municipality wishes to conclude an Agreement with 1 professional market party for the provision of integral location-based services for a safe, controlled and liveable accommodation location. This tender and Contract is for integral location-based services (social management, housing support, location management and security/supervision, where security is supportive of liveability) of the transit location at Van Ruysdaellaan 41-69 in Leidschendam.
