This concerns a public European tender for the study: External Customer Research (EKO), with reference 801. This tender is being carried out for all UWV locations in the Netherlands. The estimated value of the contract for External Customer Research is €1,700,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the framework agreement of four (4) years, to be divided between the two suppliers of external customer research. The estimated value of the Contract is dependent on the submitted tenders by means of mini-competitions. There is no pre-determined division of the budget between the two (2) Contractors. The awarding of the mini-competitions will take place on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, whereby the available budget is flexibly used to achieve the strategic and tactical research objectives. We distinguish between the estimated and the maximum value of the intended Framework Agreement. It may be that we need more due to circumstances than we have estimated and the scope turns out to be substantially higher than we currently expect. The maximum value has been set by us at €1,800,000 excluding VAT. Indexing is possible, more about this can be read in the DFA (appendix 11.1). It is possible that the (scope of the) Contract changes due to political, budgetary, managerial or organisational developments within UWV.
