The subject of the order is the provision of services related to the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT of selectively collected biodegradable kitchen waste and biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01<<, from 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2027, involving the management of municipal biodegradable kitchen waste and biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, originating from inhabited and uninhabited properties within the City of Luboń, as well as collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point, carried out according to the location of the contractor's municipal installation through: a) collection of waste delivered by the ordering party to the contractor's municipal installation and its management by the contractor in accordance with the applicable waste law, in a total estimated quantity of up to 2200 Mg, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (installation location within 45 km from the ordering party's headquarters); OR b) collection and transportation of waste by the contractor from a transfer station located in the town of Luboń to the place of disposal and its management by the contractor in accordance with the applicable waste law, in a total estimated quantity of up to 2200 Mg, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (installation location more than 45 km from the ordering party's headquarters). 2. A detailed description, scope, conditions and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the template contract for the public order, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The main aspects of the procedure, as well as the conditions for participation in the procedure and the grounds for exclusion from the procedure, are contained in the tender documents.
