The subject of the contract is the conclusion of framework agreements with several contractors. WrWKS as the contracting authority intends to award contracts for the performance of price reasonableness checks and in-depth tender checks in accordance with the Federal Procurement Act for building and technical trades on the basis of these framework agreements. The building and technical trades primarily concern the renovation of residential buildings of the City of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen.
