The contract subject to this consultation aims to provide the Grand Est Region with a set of services to host and administer the ticketing system for the intercity road transport networks for passengers, Fluo Grand Est 54, 55 and 88, and to handle the recovery and transfer of current equipment. The ticketing system consists of a central server and several on-board (fleet of 430 desks) or fixed (13 sales point terminals) devices. In this capacity, the successful tenderer will be responsible for the technical administration of the central system, particularly through the recovery and transfer of current equipment with guarantee of data integrity, hosting of the central site and technical follow-up services for its operation (supervision, operational tasks, backup management…). The contract will be concluded in the form of a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement (including extensions) of 360 000 euro(s) excl. VAT.
