Poland – Passenger cars – Dostawa samochodów oznakowanych i nieoznakowanych na potrzeby jednostek administracji rządowej

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 9 new factory-made vehicles, produced no earlier than 2026, for the needs of the Pomeranian Customs and Revenue Office in Gdynia, the Border Sanitary-Epidemiological Station, and the Provincial Plant Protection and Seed Inspectorate in Gdańsk, including:

- 5 marked passenger cars of the estate type for PUCS

- 1 marked passenger car of the pick-up type for PUCS

- 1 passenger and goods microbus for PUCS

- 1 passenger car of the estate type for GSSE

- 1 passenger car of the kombi van type for WIORIN

2. The subject of the contract is described in the annexes to the SWZ:

1) Technical specification in terms of minimum technical parameters and functionality – accordingly for parts according to the annex: no. 1A - part I; no. 1B – part II, no. 1C – part III, no. 1D – part IV and no. 1E – part V

2) provisions contained in the draft contract clauses - Annex no. 4 – part I-V

3) marking of KAS service vehicles - in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Finance and Economy of 21 January 2026 on the marking of service vehicles of the Customs Revenue Administration (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 131) - applies to parts I and II.

Required warranties:

1) for all components: mechanical, electrical, electronic – covering the correct functioning of the vehicle, material and factory defects – minimum 24 months. Note! The warranty period indicated in point 1) is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.

2) for the paint coating – minimum 24 months,

3) for body perforation - minimum 48 months.

All the requirements specified in the functional-technical specifications of the vehicle for parts I-V are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp.

3. The contract is divided into five parts:

Part I - 5 marked passenger cars of the estate type

Part II - 1 marked passenger car of the pick-up type

Part III - 1 passenger and goods microbus

Part IV - 1 passenger car of the estate type

Part V - 1 passenger car of the kombi van type
