France – Training services – Accord-cadre pour de la formation linguistique pour le groupe EDF (dont ses filiales)

The subject of the contract concerns language training aimed at professionalising the employees of the EDF Group. This is a framework agreement without commitment for a firm duration of 8 years (5 years firm and 3 options of 1 year each renewable). It is composed of 2 lots: a 100% digital lot and a bespoke all languages lot. EDF SA issues this contract notice in its own name and on behalf of all of its subsidiaries and entities as follows: AGREGIO; AIE; ARABELLE SOLUTIONS; CCAS; CERGA; COENTREPRISE DE TRANSPORT DE L’ELECTRICITÉ (CTE); CYCLIFE ENGINEERING; CYCLIFE FRANCE SA; CYCLIFE HOLDING; DALKIA; DATANUMIA; EDF ASSURANCES; EDF DEVELOPPEMENT ENVIRONNEMENT SA (EDEV); EDF INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS; EDF PEI; EDF Power Solutions; EDF Solutions Solaires; EDF TRADING LOGISTICS; EDVANCE; ELECTRICITE DE STRASBOURG; ENEDIS; FONDATION ENTREPRISE EDF; FRAMATOME; GRAPHITEC; GROUP SUPPORT SERVICES (G2S); HYDROSTADIUM; HYDROTANIKA; HYNAMICS; IFOPSE; IMMOBILIÈRE DU PLATEAU; IZI BY EDF; IZI CONFORT; EDF BUSINESS SERVICES; LA GERANCE GENERALE FONCIERE (GGF); METROSCOPE; OKLIMA; PERFESCO F.M.; PROTERTIA; SAFIDI; SHEMA; SI-NERGIE; SOFILO; YXIR. The subsidiary NUWARD may, if it so wishes and at its first request, benefit from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs.
