Netherlands – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, for highways, roads, airfields and railways; flatwork – Herinrichting Strausslaan - Mahlerstraat

The scope of the contract mainly involves carrying out the following works: - Reconstruction and renovation works - Removal and replacement of sewer connections - Replacement of manholes - Removal of asphalt from carriageways and replacement with new asphalt surfacing - Maintenance of pavements - Replacement of parking bays and parking areas - Replacement of trees in the Strausslaan and Mahlerstraat - Installation of water retention - Supply and installation of several playgrounds - Coordination obligation with respect to framework contractor Van den Heuvel for street lighting. Works not in the scope: - Replacement of public lighting (these works are given separately by the municipality to Van den Heuvel) - Maintenance of completed works in accordance with the specification in the tender.
