The subject of the contract is the supply of a license. The detailed description and the manner of execution of the contract are contained in the Description of the Contract Subject (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to the Contract Notice (SWZ), and the Contract Template, which is Annex No. 3 to the Contract Notice (SWZ). The contracting authority does not accept partial bids. The contracting authority declares that, as a data administrator and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and providing assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure. The detailed information clause under Article 13 GDPR is included in the Contract Notice (SWZ).
