Renovation, transformation and energy retrofitting of a residential block in the protected sector comprising 5 houses dating probably from the 1940s. The buildings concerned are located in the protected sector of the City of Luxembourg and represent an area of approximately 1,360 m2. The houses will be converted into small housing units for people in need. The mission involves the energy retrofitting of the thermal envelope, while respecting the architectural qualities of the built heritage. This will be a medium-sized project, the exact number of units to be defined following more in-depth studies. (Affordable/ innovative typologies)
