The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate agreements under § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance/s in the context of a so-called "Open-House procedure." By specifying uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate agreement under § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for the active substance mentioned in the tender.
