With effect from 01.07.2027, no public contract will be awarded. No tendering procedure will take place. The use of this form (mandatory form) is for information purposes only, to make the administrative procedure known. This form contains extracts from the "Supplementary Document", which fully includes all procedural contents, the procedural process and the essential decision-making criteria of the licensing authority. The Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld informs as the licensing authority for the granting of route transport permits under §§ 18 and 13 in conjunction with § 42, 44 Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG) for the route bundle of the Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld. The licensing authority of the Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld will conduct an administrative procedure for the granting of route transport permits under the provisions of the Personenbeförderungsgesetz, in accordance with the following criteria. Route transport permits are to be granted with effect from 01.07.2027. The currently valid route transport permits are as follows. The duration is indicated in each case.
