France – Construction work – Travaux de rénovation dans le cadre de la restructuration de l'ensemble central de l'école polytechnique, à savoir travaux neufs des bâtiments 13 et 14

The present consultation concerns the renovation works as part of the restructuring of the central complex of the École Polytechnique, namely the "new" works for buildings 13 and 14 with the following objectives: - to create a major east-west urban axis on the scale of the campus, - to ensure the energy and environmental renovation of buildings 13 and 14, - to bring the buildings up to accessibility standards, - to bring the central complex into compliance with fire safety standards, - to functionally reorganise buildings 13 and 14, - to clarify access flows to the central complex, - to enhance the 20th-century heritage. Part of the adjacent building 8 will also be demolished, as well as the connecting walkways with buildings 7 and 69. These connections will be recreated as part of the project while keeping the ground floor circulation free.
