The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement and implementation of a central, scalable and future-proof IT platform ("Fiber Platform") for the contracting authority. The offered complete solution shall provide and integrate the core processes of Address Master, Planning, Construction, Documentation and Inventory, as well as possibly Workflow Tools. This applies in particular to all grant- and billing-relevant processes. These shall be controlled in the future in an automated manner, without media discontinuities and on a uniform data basis. Furthermore, it is important to ensure continuous support for billing throughout the entire lifecycle of the expansion projects and a uniform, consistent data basis ("Single Source of Truth").
