Germany – Software package and information systems – eProcurement Plattform

The TK is procuring an eProcurement platform. The aim is to introduce a scalable, configurable standard software that ensures the digitalisation and professionalisation of all procurement, supplier and contract processes and at the same time monitors compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in a system-supported manner. The aim is to establish a digitally supported and cross-functional service provider management with the possibility of adopting the processes already integrated in the procurement platform for the TK as a standard. The aim is:

- the establishment of TK-wide supplier management with dashboards relevant to recipients and control

- compliance with regulatory requirements based on a standard solution

- increased transparency regarding the service providers used at the TK (importance, dependence, risk etc.)

- increase in productivity through digitalisation of ordering and contract management processes

- cost control and support of planning processes for the use of funds

The contractor will provide significant implementation and consulting services for the project. The software will be procured for an unlimited period. The implementation services are limited to 4 years. See the tender documents for details.
