Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego inwestycyjnego w wysokości do 8 000 000 zł na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu oraz spłatę zobowiązań w roku 2026

The subject of the contract is the provision and servicing of a long-term loan up to the amount of 8 000 000,00 PLN. The contractor will provide the contracting authority with a loan in Polish currency, on the terms specified in the SWZ. The contracting authority will allocate the funds from the loan to finance the planned budget deficit up to the amount of 100 000,00 PLN and to cover the planned commitments in the budget expenditures up to the amount of 7 900 000,00 PLN. The loan will be provided for the period from the date of the contract signature until the date of full repayment of the capital and interest, i.e. until 31 December 2032. The final deadline for the use of the loan expires on 31 December 2026.
