The subject of the order is divided into 3 (three) parts, evaluated separately, namely: Part 1 - Successive delivery of reagents from the firms: 10XGenomiscs, „Illumina,Inc”, Magtivio or equivalents for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; The aforementioned reagents belong to group 6 (i.e. Basic chemical compounds for laboratory applications); Part 2 - Successive delivery of reagents from the firm Bio-merieux or equivalents for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; The aforementioned reagents belong to group 1 (i.e. Reagents for cellular biology) and group 5 (i.e. Reagents for detection and diagnostics); Part 3 - Successive delivery of reagents from the firm Capricorn Scientific or equivalents for the needs of the units of the Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław; The aforementioned reagents belong to group 4 (i.e. Reagents for isolation, detection and labeling of molecules). The subject of the order is quantitatively and qualitatively described in the assortment-price sheet (Attachment no. 2 Part 1-3 to SWZ). The quantities given in the sheet are only a forecast, necessary for comparing offers. During the implementation of the contract, the Purchaser will order reagents in quantities consistent with the actual needs of the User. The Purchaser reserves the right not to use the entire contract amount, with the reservation that the Purchaser guarantees the Contractor deliveries with a value not less than 40% of the contract amount. By describing the subject of the order, the Purchaser has listed the name of the manufacturer and the catalogue numbers of the reagents, in order to indicate the quality standards of the product and to precisely define the subject of the order. This is necessary because the research carried out by the Purchaser is a continuation of scientific research conducted in the units of the Purchaser. In order to maintain the continuity and homogeneity of the research and to ensure reliable results, the Purchaser is obliged to ensure the supply of reagents on which these research were started. In cases where the subject of the order description indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a special process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific Contractor, this means that the Purchaser cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner. In such situations, any indications of trademarks, patents, origin, source or a special process, should be read with the words „or equivalent”. The Purchaser, in accordance with Article 99(6) of the Pzp, allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers, i.e. offers for reagents with parameters and properties no worse than those specified by the Purchaser. In the case of offering a product other than the one indicated by the Purchaser, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer that the supplies offered by it meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser by providing the name of the offered product, the name of the manufacturer and the catalogue number, or other features unambiguously indicating the offered products in the assortment-price sheet Attachment no. 2 to SWZ (Part 1-3). Equivalent reagents must: 1) Have a high degree of purity and chemical composition, guaranteeing correct measurements and allowing for the continuation of scientific research; 2) Have a composition and features as the reagents specified in Attachment no. 2 to SWZ (Part 1-3), in accordance with the description of equivalence indicated in this attachment; 3) Have the capacity and mass of packaging as the reagents indicated in Attachment no. 2 to SWZ (Part 1-3), 4) Have a warranty period no shorter than in the case of their counterparts from Attachment no. 2 to SWZ (Part 1-3) The Contractor will implement the subject of the order successively in quantities resulting from the current needs of the Purchaser, each time within the deadline specified by the Contractor in the offer, not longer than 50 working days (from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00, excluding statutory holidays) from the date of sending the order by email.
