This is a single-attribute framework agreement which includes: + a fixed portion; + an optional tranche in accordance with Articles R.2313-2, R.2391-8 to R.2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, according to the modalities explained in the consultation file; + a portion for purchase orders on a price list in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code; + a portion for supply or service orders intended to cover any technical contingencies in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code.
