The GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg (GMH) manages the development, construction, and operation of sports and special properties for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. GMH considers properties holistically, taking into account the economic interrelationships between construction investment and operating costs. In doing so, GMH pursues the implementation of the FHH's climate protection goals as well as the requirements for accessibility and the special interests of users. In this capacity, GMH has been commissioned to implement maintenance measures for the State and University Library at the location Von-Melle-Park 3 in Hamburg.
