Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Упражняване на строителен надзор на обект: „Реконструкция с преустройство на бивша сграда на Министерство на правосъдието в многофункционална обществена сграда и благоустрояване на терена“, в УПИ VI-867, кв. 67 по плана на гр. Поморие“

The subject of the public procurement is: "Exercising construction supervision of the object: 'Reconstruction with reorganisation of the former building of the Ministry of Justice into a multifunctional public building and improvement of the site', in UPI VI-867, district 67 according to the plan of the town of Pomorie". Procurement objectives: High-quality execution of the planned construction works in accordance with regulatory requirements. Execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the investment project and the legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria. Pursuant to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 5, Letter "e" of the Public Procurement Act and Ordinance No. 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of construction types, the investment project is for the fifth category of construction, first group - immovable cultural values with the category "ensemble significance" and "for information". Description of construction supervision activities: Exercising construction supervision: the contractor is responsible for the activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated in Article 166 and Article 168 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as those arising from Article 178 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as other applicable provisions of the current legislation. Construction supervision is carried out within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 31 July 2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction and assessing the conformity of construction products and all legal and sub-legal normative acts in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
