Germany – Building-cleaning services – Unterhalts- und Grundreinigung aller Einrichtungen der Gemeinde Schulzendorf

The municipality of Schulzendorf intends to tender the cleaning services in publicly used objects - divided into 2 lots. Distribution of the objects with cleaning areas in sqm:

LOT 1 - Malven-Grundschule: (UR) 5,679.60 sqm (GR) 5,261.56 sqm;

- Library: (UR) 83.00 sqm / (GR) 83.00 sqm;

- Kindergarten: (UR) 2,383.84 sqm / (GR) 2,223.74 sqm / (FR) 659.95 sqm;

- Multi-purpose hall (UR) 2,730.75 sqm / (GR) 2,644.87 sqm.

The area to be cleaned of the objects mentioned in Lot 1 is approx. 10,900 sqm.

LOT 2 - Kita Hollerbusch: (UR) 906.68 sqm / (GR) 792.63 sqm

- Kita Löwenzahn: (UR) 1,258.42 sqm / (GR) 1,051.62 sqm

- Kita Märchenland: (UR) 296.99 sqm / (GR) 277.85 sqm

- Volunteer Fire Department: (UR) 883.46 sqm / (GR) 883.46 sqm

- Rathaus Schulzendorf: (UR) 1,176.49 sqm / (GR) 1,124.04 sqm

The areas to be cleaned of the areas included in Lot 2 amount to approx. 4,550 sqm.

Each bidder can only apply for one lot and will only receive one award. The reason for this is that the lots are very different in volume and each bidder can assess for themselves which lot is the more suitable one. Two different companies will definitely be commissioned. The lots have also been formed in this way to give smaller companies the opportunity to bid for a lot. - Service specifications for the individual objects, which are to be completed at the "green" highlighted fields.

A calculation of the hourly rates per object is to be attached. All objects named in a lot will be added together.
