Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Świadczenie usług odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych na obszarze Gminy Kobylanka oraz w obiektach administrowanych przez Gminę Kobylanka w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste generated on the premises of residential properties in the area of the Municipality of Kobylanka and in facilities managed by the Municipality of Kobylanka in 2027. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two Parts. The contractor may submit a bid for any number of Parts: Part I of the contract covers the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties (2539 collection points), where 6666 inhabitants live, and from the owners of uninhabited properties, where holiday homes are located or which are used for recreational purposes (259 properties) and the collection and transport of waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point of the Municipality of Kobylanka, hereinafter referred to as “GPZO” (municipal PSZOK). The contractor will transfer all municipal waste collected from the area of the Municipality of Kobylanka (mixed municipal waste, selectively collected waste, waste from PSZOK) to the regional municipal waste processing facility, i.e. to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsinie, Nowogard Municipality (hereinafter “RZGO”), which is operated by the Purposeful Union of Municipalities R-XXI (CZG R-XXI) in Nowogard. Part II of the contract covers the provision of services for the collection and transport of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected waste from the building of the Municipality of Kobylanka and from municipal facilities located in the area of the Municipality of Kobylanka. The contractor will transfer all municipal waste collected (mixed municipal waste, selectively collected waste) to the regional municipal waste processing facility, i.e. to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsinie, Nowogard Municipality (hereinafter “RZGO”), which is operated by the Purposeful Union of Municipalities R-XXI (CZG R-XXI) in Nowogard.
