Lot 1: 6 units of segment gate operating chains with flap for Topoliceni Dam, in accordance with the requirements of task booklet no. 38767.27/20.08.2026

Lot 2: 6 units of segment gate operating chains with flap for Siret Exploitation Section (Galbeni Dam - 2 units, Racaciuni Dam - 2 units, Beresti Dam - 2 units) in accordance with the requirements of task booklet no. 38767.28/20.08.2026.

The Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification – by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Responses will only be given to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators within the 20-day time limit stated above.
