Inventorisation services for green spaces and gardens of the Municipality of Klaipėda. The price of the supplier's offer must not exceed 60 000,00 Eur incl. VAT (or 49 586,78 Eur excl. VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, due to which the final amount payable by the Buying Authority to the supplier will be excl. VAT), offers exceeding this amount will be considered non-compliant and will be rejected. The preliminary quantities of the services to be procured are indicated in Annex 1 of the tender specifications, they may be reduced or increased during the implementation of the Contract according to the needs of the Buying Authority. The maximum amount of services that can be ordered is 60 000,00 Eur incl. VAT (or 49 586,78 Eur excl. VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, due to which the final amount payable by the Buying Authority to the supplier will be excl. VAT). More detailed information and requirements for the services to be procured are provided in the technical specification and its annex (Annex 3 of the tender specifications). This procurement is not divisible, therefore the supplier must submit an offer for the entire scope of the procurement.
