Netherlands – Painting work – Schilderwerk uitvoering van binnen- en buitenschilderwerk aan gebouwen en civiele objecten

Water Authority Vallei en Veluwe invites market parties to collaborate within the framework agreement for the execution of interior and exterior painting of buildings and civil engineering structures. We are looking for partners who are not only skilled in carrying out painting works, but also want to contribute to a sustainable, open and reliable cooperation. The works mainly concern exterior painting of buildings and civil engineering structures and may also include interior painting. This includes painting works, maintenance, repairs and surface treatments. The works can be carried out both on a scheduled basis and on an ad-hoc basis. There is no maximum set for the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; any applicant who meets the requirements (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditure, the size of the contract is estimated at approximately €400,000 (excluding VAT) per year. For the entire duration of the agreement, the total estimated size is set at €2,400,000 (excluding VAT). To cover possible unforeseen costs, a 50% margin has been applied to the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €3,600,000 (excluding VAT) for the entire duration of the contract.
