Bulgaria – Internet service providers ISP – „Осигуряване на безжичен интернет в сгради на НАП“

Provision of a managed wireless network and internet in the facilities of the National Agency for Public Procurement (NAP) – territorial directorates, offices, training centres and bases, and the Central Administration of NAP. The managed wireless network and internet must be fully independent of the existing internal and external connectivity of the respective buildings of NAP. The requirements are detailed in the Technical Specification and include:

1. Provision and maintenance of a comprehensive solution for a managed wireless network for access and delivery of filtered internet in the facilities of NAP, as described in Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 3 to the Technical Specification;

2. Provision and maintenance of a comprehensive solution for a managed wireless network for access and delivery of filtered internet in the training centres and bases of NAP (Borovets, Bankya, Pomorie and Dospat), as described in Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specification;

3. If necessary, the contractor must provide a Platform for filtering internet requests in order to restrict access to various categories of content based on the categorisation of web portals on the Internet;

4. The contractor must provide guaranteed internet 1000 Mbps, which must be terminated in the platform for filtering internet requests. The same, after filtering, must be shared among the wireless networks in all locations;

5. If necessary, the contractor must provide a Platform for managing the wireless network access, performing the minimum required, detailed in the Technical Specification;

6. Internet access from the users of the wireless network for access must be through an access portal with the logo of NAP. Access to the wireless network of NAP must be through the entry of a password. There must be an option for the system administrator to change the password;

7. If necessary, all devices and other equipment necessary for the provision of the service (Wi-Fi modules, adapters, etc.) are provided by the contractor to the beneficiary for temporary use for the duration of the contract.
