Poland – Forestry services – Wprowadzanie gatunków miododajnych na obrzeżach młodników i starszych drzewostanów, kształtowanie ekotonów w Nadleśnictwie Bydgoszcz - II postępowanie

1) The subject of the order are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – “Forest Act”) covering forest cultivation work – soil preparation and planting of seedling of honey-producing species, to be carried out in the area of Bydgoszcz Forest District - Białe Błota Forestry in 2026. The scope of the work includes: a) Clearing the cover on trays 40 cm x 40 cm; b) Work carried out by hand; c) Planting of multi-year seedlings with an open root system; d) Transport of seedlings. 2) The material scope of the subject of the order covers the summary quantities of work in the field of cultivation resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – planned size of work; Annex 2.2.1. - detailed size of work according to groups of activities, activities and location; 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex 2 are of an estimated nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject of the order are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. “Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
