The subject of the contract is the provision of security services for persons and property, as defined in the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2025 item 532), including: 1) provision of constant, direct physical protection in the Contracting Entity's facilities, 2) monitoring of the Contracting Entity's facilities; a) monitoring of signals transmitted, stored and processed in electronic technical security systems b) ensuring readiness and dispatch of intervention groups. 3) screening of correspondence using an RTG device, supplied by the Contractor; 4) support for reception services; 5) key deposit and ad-hoc delivery service by the intervention group. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for implementation of the subject of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter: “DCT”), which is Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Subject of the Contract Description (hereinafter: “SCD”), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
