Contract Description: This tender concerns a European open procedure for the hiring of temporary workers on behalf of various members of Midwaste. The contract involves the provision of temporary workers, where the nature, scope, and duration of the deployment can vary per participating Midwaste member. The specific characteristics and needs are further detailed per lot. Within this tender, various collective labour agreements (CAOs) apply, depending on the relevant Midwaste member. The contractor must take into account the CAO applicable to the relevant Midwaste member when executing the contract and, where legally and contractually applicable, apply the resulting employment conditions. In the event of personnel takeovers, it is expected that the taken-over employees will join the job classification and salary scales as used within the relevant Midwaste member.

Contract Objective: With this tender, the contracting authorities aim to establish, per lot, a sustainable cooperation with a professional service provider that can flexibly meet the personnel needs of the participating Midwaste members.

Duration Framework Agreement: The framework agreements come into effect on 1 February 2027 and have an initial term of two years. The contracting authority then has the possibility to extend the framework agreements four (4) times by a period of twelve (12) months. For lot 3 Afvalstoffendienst 's-Hertogenbosch, an exception applies: for this lot, the extension possibility is two (2) times a period of twelve (12) months.
