Description
Sansia Oy is establishing a dynamic procurement system through which textile care services are procured to meet the needs of Sansia's owner-customers. All of Sansia's owner-customers (up-to-date list available at https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html) may use this dynamic procurement system. This is a call for participation in the procurement. The following services can be procured within the dynamic procurement system, either as individual procurements per customer or as joint procurements for multiple customers:
- Textile rental services
- Staff workwear
- Patient textiles
- Bed linens
- Restaurant and kitchen textiles, such as tablecloths
- Cleaning textiles
- Hygiene textiles
- Exchange services
- Hand towel services
- Customer's own textile laundry services
- Resident laundry
- Kiln laundry, e.g. bed linens and tablecloths
- Workwear
- Hygiene textiles
- Mats
- Chemical laundry services
Sansia Oy reserves the right to procure other services related to the above-mentioned procurement items through the system. The dynamic procurement system is divided into two independent sub-areas/ categories. The categories contain the same services, but their suitability requirements differ from each other. The categories are:
- Category 1, with stricter suitability requirements
- Category 2, with lighter suitability requirements
A candidate may apply to both categories with one application. For clarity, it is stated that the candidate must submit the required attachments and statements proving the candidate's suitability and compliance with the participation application requirements for each category applied for. If a candidate submits a participation application for Category 1 and meets the requirements set for Category 1, the candidate may be automatically accepted for Category 2 as well, provided that the candidate has indicated their willingness to participate in both Categories 1 and 2 in the "Enter procurement item details" section. If a candidate first applies to one category, the candidate may later submit an application for the other category as well. Interested parties may apply to participate in the procurement system for the entire duration of the system by submitting a participation application. A candidate may submit a participation application to the system even if not all the services listed above as examples are included in the candidate's service range. Participation in the system does not directly mean participation in the procurements. Only suppliers accepted into the system have the right to submit tenders in the procurement phase. Procurement-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are available to suppliers accepted into the dynamic system. The services to be tendered, the minimum requirements set for the services and other minimum requirements and conditions related to the procurement item, as well as the customers, are defined separately for each procurement need in each internal call for tenders within the procurement system. The dynamic procurement system ends on 31.5.2036.
