This notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies as per § 130a, paragraph 8, sentence 1, SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed solely at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs as per § 4, paragraph 18, of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure as per § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119, paragraph 3, GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount agreements with fixed and non-negotiable conditions, including the level of the discount. There is no limit to the number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs as per § 4, paragraph 18, of the Medicinal Products Act that can become contracting parties.
