Croatia – Restoration work – Cjelovita obnova zgrade „Škola“ u Gradu mladih Granešina

Complete renovation of the building School in the City of Young which is necessary after the earthquake of 22.3.2020 hit the City of Zagreb. Project documentation (main and implementation projects, cost estimates of works) for the complete renovation of the building School (total gross area 1388 m2) which was damaged in the earthquake and based on a static review received the designation "temporarily unusable". Since the City of Young conducts a program of one-day excursions School in the Forest (co-financed by the City of Zagreb, intended for ages 1.-4. grade of primary school) as well as programs for kindergarten children, it is necessary to renovate the subject object "SCHOOL" in order to be able to accommodate a larger number of users. Namely, during bad and cold weather, the "SCHOOL" was used to implement the program which is otherwise conducted in the open space, since in that object can simultaneously stay 240 children. However, if there is a forecast of bad weather, the directors of the schools of ZG mostly cancel the arrival for the excursion, or the program School in the Forest, whereby a significant portion of income is lost. A Conservation elaboration of the renovation of the building Pavilion 29 "School" of the City of Young and the Main and Implementation projects for the complete renovation of the object have been made: - Architectural project - Structural project - static calculation - Water supply and drainage project - Mechanical project - Electrical project - Fire detection project - Fire protection - Noise protection - Rational use of energy and thermal protection It is necessary to engage professional supervision and coordinator of II ZNR and project manager. The purchaser will procure the aforementioned in a separate procurement procedure. The contractor is obliged to ensure a person for the performance of necessary conservation-restoration works in accordance with the provisions of the Rulebook on the conditions for obtaining a permit to perform activities in the protection and preservation of cultural goods (Official Gazette 104/2025).
