Supply of laboratory equipment necessary for the implementation of tests and measurements by WSSE in Lublin, divided into 8 parts. The purchaser has divided the order into 8 parts (Lots). The procurement is financed from the state budget, from the earmarked reserve. The purchases result from the Act of 13 March 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective wastewater disposal and certain other Acts (Dz. U. 2026 pos. 605). The purchaser, acting pursuant to Article 257 of the PPA, reserves the right to invalidate the procedure if the public funds that the purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order are not granted to it.
