The subject of the public procurement is the supply of HW infrastructure and related software licenses and licensing services for the operation of a platform for critical database services based on Microsoft SQL Server, including related implementation, configuration and integration activities in the scope determined by the tender conditions. The public procurement is divided into parts in the sense of § 35 ZZVZ. The public procurement is divided into the following parts: Part 1 – Servers and Accessories The subject of the performance of part 1 of the public procurement is the supply of server infrastructure and related accessories including basic configuration, support and warranty. The subject of this part of the public procurement is in particular: • supply of 4 units of servers including all accessories and components necessary for their proper operation, • transportation of the supplied infrastructure, • basic configuration and integration into the existing infrastructure of the contracting authority, • ensuring compatibility with the used virtualization platform, • ensuring the required high availability and redundancy, • supply and activation of the required software licenses including the relevant licensing rights, • provision of service support for the supplied infrastructure for a period of 60 months, • ensuring warranty service and long-term serviceability of the supplied infrastructure, • handover of technical and licensing documentation. The specific technical and functional requirements for servers, their configuration, accessories, software licenses, compatibility and related services are set out in Annex No. 3 of this ZD – Minimum Technical Requirements for the Supplied Solution. Further information on the subject of performance and conditions of performance is given in Annex No. 1 of this ZD – Binding Contract Template Part 1. Part 2 – Upgrade and Conversion of Microsoft SQL Server Licensing Rights The subject of the performance of part 2 of the public procurement is the upgrade/Step-Up and conversion of existing Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core licensing rights to Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Core licensing rights, including: • verification of existing licensing rights and the possibility of performing Step-Up, • performance of the conversion of licensing rights, • ensuring the relevant Software Assurance, • registration and record-keeping of licenses in the relevant licensing system of Microsoft, • handover of licensing documentation, • provision of cooperation with the contracting authority in resolving licensing issues related to the subject of performance. The supplier is obliged to ensure the complete and proper performance of the subject of this part of the public procurement to the extent necessary to achieve the required result. The specific requirements for the quantity and parameters of the licensing rights designated for conversion are given in Annex No. 1 of the contract – Specification of Existing Licenses Designated for Conversion.
