France – Repair and maintenance services of boilers – Maintenance des chaudières individuelles (type P2-P3) et des climatisations à détente directe (type P2-P3) des bâtiments à gestion communale de la Ville de Miramas

This concerns the maintenance of individual boilers (heating production and distribution and domestic hot water production in housing) and air conditioners and/or heat pumps (heating and air conditioning of public buildings) of municipally managed buildings. The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a divided contract in 2 separate lots comprising: - Lot 1, to be executed as a standard contract with lump-sum prices, - Lot 2, to be executed as a "composite" framework agreement, both with lump-sum prices and call-off orders. This part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 38 000 euros excl. VAT, identical for each renewal period. Each lot will be awarded to a single economic operator. Candidates may submit offers for all lots. One candidate may be awarded both lots.
