Denmark – Construction work – Udbud af underentrepriser vedrørende opførelse af byggeri på Elna Munchs Plads

Gråkjær Erhverv A/S, as the delegated client for Copenhagen Municipality, is procuring a number of subcontractors for the construction of a building project containing both commercial and public housing, located at Elna Munchs Plads in Vanløse. The project is being constructed at Elna Munchs Plads, Vanløse in Copenhagen. As part of the project, approximately 45 m2 of basement is being constructed, primarily for technical purposes. The ground floor consists of approximately 1200 m2 of commercial space for a grocery store (Lidl) with approximately 90 m2 of canopy and 70 m2 for stair and elevator space. Additionally, there are waste rooms and bicycle parking on the ground floor, each measuring 48 and 61 m2, respectively. Floors 1 through 4 are being constructed as housing, with a total of 33 housing units being built as co-housing with service facilities and staff rooms for Copenhagen Municipality's Social Services (SOF). The area distribution is as follows: Floor 1 has 1200 m2 of housing with access to approximately 275 m2 of roof garden and terraces. Floor 2 has 630 m2 of housing. Floor 3 has 594 m2 of housing. Floor 4 has 582 m2 of housing. The tender is divided into a total of 12 subcontracts and consists of the following subcontracts: - Subcontract 1: Concrete elements - Subcontract 2: Roofing - Subcontract 3: Carpentry, facade cassettes and rubber seals - Subcontract 4: Bricklaying and tiling - Subcontract 5: Electrical, ABA-ADK, ITV, AIA and CTS - Subcontract 6: HVAC and ventilation - Subcontract 7: Painting and final cleaning - Subcontract 8: Wear layer - Subcontract 9: Flooring - Subcontract 10: Furniture - Subcontract 11: Bathing cabins and installation shafts - Subcontract 12: Roof garden. The contracting authority reserves the right to refrain from entering into a contract if the necessary building permit for the project is not obtained. In this case, the tenderer cannot make any claims against the contracting authority.
