France – Railway construction works – METRO - Ligne 14 Simplification des appareils de voie en communications croisées de Saint-Lazare et Olympiades, Modification d’une communication croisée en communication simple à Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand

This consultation is initiated under the open restricted procedure. Your candidature and your offer are expected at the same time. Line 14 has undergone various extensions impacting its operating model: - From Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station to Olympiades station in 2007, - From Saint-Lazare station to Mairie de Saint-Ouen station in 2020. As a result, crossing points located in the yard and previously used for turning and storing passenger trains have been converted into direct tracks. Despite the functional transparency of these crossing points, they are nevertheless singular points that can impact Service Quality or Railway Safety and therefore require maintenance and inspection cycles. To address the aforementioned issues, it is envisaged to overhaul the track equipment by simplifying or modifying the crossing points concerned. The works consist of:

Saint-Lazare:

• Remove the crossing M703/M704/M706/M707, currently equipped with wooden sleepers with shoes.

• Lay a standard track equipped with composite sleepers, sealed on the concrete platform using a bedding resin.

Olympiades:

• Remove the crossing M1303/M1304/M1308/M1309, currently equipped with wooden sleepers with shoes.

• Lay a standard track equipped with composite sleepers, sealed on the concrete platform using a bedding resin.

Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand:

• Remove the crossing M1301/M1302/M1406/M1407, currently equipped with wooden sleepers with shoes.

• Lay a simple crossing TG 0.13 M1406/M1407 equipped with composite sleepers, sealed on the concrete platform using a bedding resin.

The works will be organised as follows:

All the main works concerned are to be carried out under Temporary Traffic Interruption (TTI) for a total of 23 days. The perimeter and the nature of the services in question are broken down as follows:

Saint-Lazare Zone (SLZ):

- Replacement of the crossing M703/M704/M706/M707 with standard track.

Olympiades Zone (OLY):

- Replacement of the crossing M1303/M1304/M1308/M1309 with standard track.

These zones are overhauled under TTI of Line 14 between Porte de Clichy and Maison-Blanche from Sunday 01/08/2027 end of service (EOS) to Friday 13/08/2027 end of service (EOS).

Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand Zone (BFM):

- Replacement of the crossing M1301/M1302/M1406/M1407 with a simple crossing TG 0.13 M1406/M1407.

These zones are overhauled under TTI of Line 14 between Gare de Lyon and Maison-Blanche from Saturday 14/08/2027 start of service (SOS) to Wednesday 25/08/2027 start of service (SOS).
