The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is awarded under the terms of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Group of orders formed for lot 2: Thionville Fensch Agglomération (coordinator) and the cities of Thionville and Yutz. The framework agreement is single-supplier. Duration 48 months from 01/01/2027 Total amount of the framework agreement: Lot 1: Min: 100 000 euro(s) excl. VAT - Max: 260 000 euro(s) excl. VAT - Lot 2: Min: 54 000 euro(s) excl. VAT - Max: 460 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. Each lot will be subject to separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices, revised annually. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged. The documents to be provided for the submission of tenders are listed in the invitation to tender.
