The present contract concerns the third-party maintenance of services (helpdesk and proximity support) and the third-party maintenance of operations (supervision, administration and operation of the IT infrastructure): Support and assistance to the users of the 6 agencies; Maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the IT of the 6 agencies and of the infrastructure of the data centres shared by the 6 agencies.
