Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The contract has the objective of entrusting one or more insurance professionals with the management of the policies relating to the lots of the said contract and a consultancy and support mission. Lot No. 1: supplementary collective health insurance service; Lot No. 2: non-managerial staff occupational disability insurance service; Lot No. 3: managerial staff occupational disability insurance service. The insurance contracts resulting from the contract are governed by the Insurance Code, the Social Security Code or the Mutuality Code. In this document, the term "insurer" refers to an organisation covering the risk of supplementary health and/or occupational disability.
