The subject of the contract is the delivery of meat products and sausage to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo and the Support Department in Sułkowice. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 parts: 1) Part I – PORK, BEEF AND POULTRY SAUSAGES – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 2) Part II – PORK, BEEF, FATS – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 3) Part III – POULTRY MEAT – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 4) Part IV – PORK, BEEF AND POULTRY SAUSAGES – delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice; 5) Part V – PORK, BEEF, FATS AND OFFAL – delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice; 6) Part VI – POULTRY MEAT AND OFFAL – delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative tenders. 5. The contracting authority allows the subcontracting of part of the contract. 6. The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract that will be subcontracted and to provide the names of any potential subcontractors, if known. 7. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Contract Terms, which is Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 8. The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the Act, in view of the specific nature of the unit's operation and the possibility of a reduction in the number of persons fed, reserves the right not to implement the entire contract without financial and legal consequences. The minimum remuneration of the contractor in such a case will be 1,433,657.00 PLN net, including: 1) Part I – pork, beef and poultry sausages – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 601,200.00 PLN; 2) Part II – pork, beef, fats – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 429,750.00 PLN; 3) Part III – poultry meat – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – 260,640.00 PLN; 4) Part IV – pork, beef and poultry sausages – delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice – 91,260.00 PLN; 5) Part V – pork, beef, fats and offal – delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice – 32,050.00 PLN; 6) Part VI – poultry meat and offal – delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice – 18,757.00 PLN. The minimum net remuneration of the contractor for the implementation of Parts I – VI will be reduced proportionally after the application of the electronic auction. 9. The quantities specified in the price forms should be treated as average. The actual quantity of each item ordered is dependent on the actual, current needs of the contracting authority. 10. The contracting authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the contract performance period by up to 60 days after the date specified in the contract, within the financial means allocated for this purpose and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect. 11. In accordance with Article 257 of the Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted. 12. The contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in collective packaging, sorted and protected against damage, under the temperature conditions recommended by the manufacturer and in a clean transport medium adapted to the transport of the subject of the contract. 13. The contracting authority reserves the right that the total value of the contract may not exceed the available financial resources. 14. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the contracting authority's seat at the contractor's expense. 15. Contract performance deadline – successively in batches from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. The planned deadline for the first delivery is from 1 October 2026. 16. Place of contract performance: the food warehouse of the Police Training Centre in Legionowo, ul. Zegrzyńska 121, 05-119 Legionowo or the food warehouse of the Support Department in Sułkowice, ul. Ogrodowa 39, 05-650 Sułkowice.
