Poland – Waste-tip management services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych pochodzących z terenu Gminy Piekary Śląskie w 2027 roku

1. The subject of the procurement is the management of municipal waste from inhabited properties in the area of the Municipality of Piekary Śląskie in 2027. 2. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 6 parts: 1) non-segregated waste, 2) bulky waste, 3) plastic waste, multi-material packaging and metals, 4) construction and demolition waste, soil and earth, 5) biodegradable waste, 6) biodegradable green waste. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is included in Annex 5 (draft contract terms) and 6 (description of the subject of the procurement) to the SWZ. 4. The waste management site to which the waste will be delivered must not be located more than 70 km from the address: ul. Kotuchy 3 41-946 Piekary Śląskie, as the transport service is on the side of the Contracting Authority. 5. Implementation period for each part of the procurement: 12 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than 1 January 2027. 6. The tenderer is bound by the offer from the date of expiry of the tender submission deadline until 18 November 2026. 7. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders. The tenderer may submit one offer for each part of the procurement, while the tenderer may also submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the procurement.
