Procurement of physical security and perimeter protection for Ellevio's critical electrical grid installations

Ellevio invites qualified suppliers to apply for participation in the procurement of physical security and perimeter protection for the company's electrical grid installations in Sweden. The assignment includes design, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance and further development of area protection for critical electrical grid infrastructure. The assignments cover both installations without security protection classification and installations subject to security protection legislation. Ellevio seeks suppliers with documented experience of complex security contracting within critical infrastructure, energy and power supply, industrial installations or equivalent operations where high demands are placed on operational safety, information security and security protection.

The work includes, among other things: design and dimensioning of perimeter security fencing, gate systems and impact protection, detection and surveillance system installation and commissioning service and maintenance, modernisation and upgrading of existing installations.

The supplier must have the ability to carry out assignments across all or parts of Ellevio's geographical area of operation.

The procurement covers protection for:

Grid stations and installations without security protection classification

Installations subject to security protection up to and including consequence level B

The procurement procedure will probably be ABT 06. The contract period is planned for 4 years with the possibility of extension by up to 4 years.

Security protection

For assignments that include security protection up to consequence level B, the following applies: The supplier must be able to meet the requirements according to security protection legislation. Security protection agreements will be signed. The supplier's staff and any subcontractors' staff must be able to undergo security checks. The supplier must have routines for information security and protection of protected activities.
