Poland – Miscellaneous computer equipment – Dostawa sprzętu drukującego dla sądów z obszaru apelacji rzeszowskiej

The subject of the contract is: supply of printing equipment for the courts in the Rzeszów Court of Appeal, in the amount of 457 units, including 323 units basic order and 134 units option order, in the scope and manner specified in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ). The subject procedure has been divided into Lots as follows:  Lot No. 1. Supply of A4 monochrome desktop printers,  Lot No. 2. Supply of A4 monochrome network printers,  Lot No. 3. Supply of printers for printing case covers,  Lot No. 4. Supply of barcode printers with cutter,  Lot No. 5. Supply of A4 monochrome multifunctional devices,  Lot No. 6. Supply of A4 network multifunctional devices,  Lot No. 7. Supply of A4 colour multifunctional devices,  Lot No. 8. Supply of A3 colour multifunctional devices. The contracting authority requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, both as main elements and as components, service environment elements or ancillary solutions, does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of national security; 2) ICT product, the type of which was determined in the decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision.
