The subject of the tender is in-house porter services in a designated entrance specifically for this purpose in the contracting authority's premises. This is equipped with appropriate IT, telephones and, if necessary, video surveillance systems. The porter's office is the first point of contact for external parties and visitors to the Ministry and is therefore an important organisational unit for an orderly and secure operation on site.
