Germany – Electrical fitting work – Stadt Königswinter - Abbruch/Neubau Turnhalle Oberdollendorf mit OGS-Erweiterung | Elektroarbeiten

The City of Königswinter intends to demolish the existing gymnasium on the property "Auf dem Schnitzenbusch 7" in the district of Oberdollendorf, cadastral area Oberdollendorf, parcel 3071, and subsequently build a new gymnasium with an OGS area. The reinforced concrete floor slab of the existing gymnasium and the adjacent gymnastics hall will be retained. The new building will be constructed using timber-framed construction. The top of the building will be a flat roof. The building, with a net floor area of approximately 1,311 m², will span 2 full storeys. The ground floor will house the sports hall, as well as its ancillary and sanitary rooms. The first floor will house, in addition to the sports hall's void, a canteen and the classrooms of the OGS extension. The property is located in an established residential area of Oberdollendorf. Along the access road "Auf dem Schnitzenbusch", there are parking bays that must be kept clear at all times during the construction works. For special transport movements, the adjacent parking bays can be kept clear in consultation with the City of Königswinter. The pavement in the area of the schoolyard access can be driven over but must be protected. Necessary access routes and parking areas for emergency vehicles and fire department vehicles must be kept clear at all times. The electrical works are being tendered.
