Germany – Facade work – Projekt Neubau Petrus-Canisius-Grundschule Weeze Metallbauarbeiten - PR-Fassaden

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) is tendering the metal construction works - PR facades for the new construction of the Petrus-Canisius primary school in Weeze throughout Europe. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the scope of services with the corresponding attachments (part of the attachment set 03). Bidders are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the local conditions and the work to be carried out during a site visit before submitting their offer, in order to avoid misjudgements in price formation. If the successful bidder later refers to circumstances which would have been apparent during a site visit, they are precluded from doing so. Registration for a corresponding site visit is via the messaging function of the tendering portal. The performance period for the relevant service is expected to run from mid-September 2026 to early December 2026. The start of the performance is expected to be at the end of September 2026. The overall completion must be completed by the 50th week of 2026 (final completion date) at the latest. The execution/mounting documents to be prepared by the contractor must be prepared by no later than 2 weeks after the award and sent to the contracting authority by email and twice in paper form in checked form. NOTICE: In relation to the scheduling, the specifications from the invitation to tender and the BVB must be observed. Due to the timing, bidders must expect the immediate start of the service from the award. They are kindly invited to submit an offer on the basis of this invitation and the tendering/contractual conditions enclosed with this letter. Please use the enclosed form sheets for this purpose. The following is noted with regard to the basis of the offer: • The exact scope of services is derived from the scope of services with the corresponding attachments (part of the attachment set 03). • The qualities mentioned in the scope of services as the basis of the present planning contents are to be understood as minimum requirements. • Contractual details can be found in the Special Contractual Conditions (BVB - Unit Price Contract - Annex 04) and the scope of services incl. ZTV (part of the attachment set 03). • The successful bidder will be asked to submit the corresponding cost estimate to the CA before the actual award. • The forms VHB Bund 221 "Price determination in award calculation" and 222 "Price determination via the final sum" may be requested by the tendering entity as part of the tender examination. The aforementioned forms do not need to be submitted with the offer. • Bidders must confirm in writing with the offer that the deadlines given in the invitation to tender and the CA's BVB are confirmed and will be observed (there is no form for the written confirmation to be submitted).
