The services will result in a single supplier framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum, in accordance with Article R2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. It is divided into 8 geographical lots:

- Lot 1: Flers-Breucq-Sart -Babylone and Recueil

- Lot 2: Cousinerie-Marcel Cerdan

- Lot 3: Flers bourg-Château

- Lot 4: Pont de bois

- Lot 5: Annappes Poste Résidence Ascq

- Lot 6: Hôtel de Ville-Triolo-Cité scientifique

- Lot 7: Les Prés-Boulevard de l'Ouest -Rd 228- Rd6 Déviée

- Lot 8: Haute Borne sector housing

In accordance with Article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the execution of the contract will include a mandatory economic activity insertion action on all lots
