Germany – Engineering services – Herstellung einer Leitungstrasse in Bietigheim - Planungsleistungen

The municipality of Bietigheim intends to enable prospective commercial development on an area of approximately 62.5 ha south of the B3, between the existing commercial site Lidl/former Bundeswehr equipment depot and the area towards Neumalsch. A major reason for the planned infrastructure measure is the intended settlement of Amazon on a partial area of approximately 20 ha. For the development of the commercial area, new technical infrastructure for secure supply and disposal is required. The municipality therefore intends to create a sewage disposal system including a pumping station, a redundant drinking water pipeline, and additional empty pipes. The basic route alignment was examined and developed as part of a preliminary investigation already carried out. The route is evident from the attached plan. The engineering services to be commissioned include the processing of phases 1–9 according to HOAI, including the necessary coordination, approvals, tendering and awarding, as well as construction supervision and project care. The timing of the measure is largely dependent on the planned settlement of Amazon. The infrastructure should be completed with sufficient time buffer before the planned connection or commissioning of the site, currently expected to be mid/end 2029. The current rough cost estimate (as of June 2026) is based on the following construction costs: - Sewage pipeline, pumping station incl. TA: approx. 1,533,000 € net - Drinking water pipeline: approx. 1,692,000 € net - Empty pipes: approx. 286,000 € net
