The subject of the procurement is the supply of "1/0.4kV Distribution Transformers" in accordance with the Terms of Reference and its Annexes. Any requests for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be transmitted on the 11th day before the deadline for tender submission in accordance with art. 173 of Law 99/2016. Contract Duration - a contract with a duration of 24 months will be concluded.
